IEEE Robotics and Automation Society CET SB conducted a webinar on E-yantra Robotics Competition (eYRC) hosted by IIT Bombay for the interested students of all years to get an idea about it and to understand the importance and advantages of such a huge Robotics competition. This webinar was conducted as part of Nexus which is formed to connect to CET Alumni.

The webinar was handled by Vaishnav J, IC Design Engineer of Analog Devices who qualified for the finals of E-yantra 2017. He talked about the prerequisites, benefits, various robotics topics included and toughness of the competition. He elaborated on the problems they faced while working on it and how to tackle them. He gave a vivid picture about how the competition is conducted step by step as Tasks and gave tips on how to score maximum points by avoiding careless losing of points. His E-yantra team members also joined the webinar to share their experiences. The webinar was conducted on Google Meet platform. The webinar was managed by Sanjay S Nair, Samuel Zacharia and Aparna Kiran. The IEEE CET SB Chair Mr. Abhishek S also joined to lead and make the webinar a success.
