Computer Society of IEEE SB CET conducted an online Web Development Workshop for beginners to get started with Frontend Web Development using React.

The main focus of the workshop was to help beginners grasp the basics of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and React by building projects. Great resources were provided to help participants learn the basics of Web Development step by step.Two projects were required to be completed:

1. Create a beautiful Portfolio using GitHub pages
2. Create a simple Hello World App using React

A WhatsApp group was created to mentor the participants. The workshop was handled by Jacob Abraham of S4 CSE and Vishnu Prakash of S4 CSE. Participants who completed 80% of the required tasks will be issued IEEE certificates. Submissions were made via GitHub and 15 participants qualified.
