WIE Affinity Group of IEEE SB CET conducted an online Coding Competition, ‘SheCode’in collaboration with GirlScript Trivandrum Chapter and Coding Ninjas.

With productivity hitting an all time low and brains saturated to stagnancy, we wanted to give the coding enthusiasts out there a chance to refresh their skills and put it to use. WIE Affinity Group of IEEE SB CET along with Girlscript Trivandrum Chapter organized an Online Coding Competition with the help of Coding Ninjas. The competition was open to students from colleges all over. About 80 students registered and attempted the contest. Coding Ninjas made available the online platform, ‘ Codezen’ for the purpose of conducting this competition. The competition had 2 easy, 1 medium and 1 hard questions. Coding Ninjas swags were also requested for the winners. The competition took place from 05:00 pm to 07:00 pm on 6th June 2020. 6 contestants scored full. The two contestants who had finished the competition with the fastest times were declared winners. Garima Singh, NIT Patna and Deepika Garg, LNMIIT won the first and second prize respectively. The first position was given a cash prize of Rs 300 and the second position, Rs 200. The other contestants who scored full were issued IEEE certificates.
